- Introduced a ticket-based support system to handle user inquiries more efficiently.

- Completed a major refactor of the entire codebase to boost maintainability and overall performance.
- Optimized core modules, removed deprecated components, and standardized coding conventions to streamline future development.

- Added support for German and Japanese to provide a more tailored experience for our international users.
